Survivor
Tito Tricot survived torture at the hands of the Chilean Navy in the 1970s. He describes his experience in his article for the UK's The Guardian: No Justice for Chile. While the current commander of the Chilean Navy claims, "It is not easy to reconstruct what happened 30 years ago," Tricot counters:
